Joey is my first Arabian. My best buddy and my riding instructor. He's very beautiful, honest 15 hands, extremely western, rocking horse lope and a jog trot smooth as silk. He'll be 16 years old in 2009...I've had him since he was 3. He's an ultra-sensitive horse...very aware of his environment. He can be a real FLAKE! Who would of thought we'd still be together? I've come off of Joey more times than I can count. Cracked a few ribs, broken a few fingers. Some people said he would not be a good horse for me. They were wrong. Joey has taught me patience, how to really listen and how to understand, how to ride. Unless it's Tuesday and there's a full moon and it's been hot/snowing/rainy/dry/windy.
I REALLY need to get more current photos of Joey on here...it's on the list.
